Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, such as the contact form, the home value request, or a guide request, you choose to share details like your name, email address, phone number, property address, your timeline, and any message you write. You only provide this when you submit a form. The information is sent to Kevin by email so he can respond to you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site collects some technical information automatically when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. This happens through cookies and similar technologies used for website analytics and advertising measurement.

How the information is used

• To respond to your questions and follow up about buying or selling a home.
• To prepare a home value estimate or send a guide you requested.
• To understand how visitors use the site so it can be improved.
• To measure the performance of advertising and reach people who may want help with real estate in the Midland area.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic, and Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools to measure and improve advertising. How information is shared

Your information is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers that help run this site and Kevin's business, and only so they can perform their work:

• Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to Kevin by email.
• Website hosting is provided by Vercel.
• Analytics and advertising are provided by Google and Meta, as described above.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, or as part of Kevin's work with Modern Realty to help you with a real estate transaction.

Links to other sites

This site links to other services, including YouTube, the social media accounts listed in the footer, and the brokerage home search portal. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

How long information is kept

Kevin keeps the information you submit for as long as it is needed to help you and to meet recordkeeping requirements for real estate. You can ask him to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask Kevin to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared, and you can ask him to stop contacting you. To make a request, email kevin@modernrealty.us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under state law.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. Kevin does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. When it changes, the "last updated" date at the top of the page will change with it.
