Midland's Real Estate Educator

Kevin Crampton was born and raised in Midland and has never lived anywhere else. He spent his early working life as a laborer, mostly in landscaping, before earning his real estate license in 2014. He joined Modern Realty the day it opened and is today its longest-tenured active agent. He has been an associate broker since 2017, with more than a decade in the business.

He built his reputation on teaching. Modern Realty was founded on a simple mission — confident, informed buyers and sellers — and that mission fits Kevin exactly. He has always liked coaching and explaining the things he cares about, and real estate is no exception. The more his clients understand, the better the decisions they make. That belief drives his YouTube channel and every guide on this site.

Kevin's roots in Midland run deep. He has spent years volunteering as a baseball and football coach and more than ten years officiating high school football and basketball. He serves as president and chairman of the board of directors of the Midland Child Advocacy Center, where he has sat on the board for a decade.

He works with buyers and sellers across the Tri-Cities — Midland, Bay City, and Saginaw — and is especially at home helping move-up families take their next step with clear eyes and a solid plan.
